Returns & Refunds

At UPVIORA, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. Each piece of jewellery is crafted and packaged with care, and we stand by the quality of everything we create.

However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our returns policy is designed to give you peace of mind while complying with UK consumer law.

14-Day Returns (Online Orders)

If you purchased jewellery online, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will include the cost of the jewellery plus the original standard delivery fee. (If you chose express or premium delivery, these costs are non-refundable).
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and undamaged.

Exceptions to Returns

Certain jewellery items are exempt from our standard return policy, in line with UK law:

Bespoke & Custom-Made Jewellery: Items made to order, engraved, altered, or customised to your request cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings once the hygiene seal has been broken.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
This right lasts up to 30 days from delivery (short-term right to reject). After 30 days, you may still request a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation.

How to Return Your Item

Please contact our team at support@upviora.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and confirm the return address.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when sending your jewellery back to us.
